Troy is ISL's Bridge Design Manager with wide-ranging experience in structural engineering and project management spanning over two decades. Troy's areas of expertise include project management and administration; planning, preliminary and detailed design engineering; contract preparation and tender services; stakeholder liaison; and construction management for bridge and transportation structures. His extensive experience, which ranges from road to pedestrian bridges over major rivers and interchanges, has been showcased on more than 300 structural projects including bridge evaluations, bridge rehabilitations, as well as urban and rural bridge engineering projects over land and water for Alberta Transportation, the B.C. Ministry of Transportation, and municipalities in Alberta.
